Easy to customize due to the 'boil and bite principle'
You can easily customize the ONIRIS ^® anti-snoring mouthpiece (MRA) yourself according to the 'boil and bite' principle. You place spacers '0' and heat the Oniris® in hot water so that it becomes soft, let the braces cool down for a while and bite into the braces. Your dental impression is made and the Oniris fits you perfectly! This works very easily and can - if necessary - be performed several times.

The Oniris® anti-snoring mouthpiece brings the lower jaw into a slightly forward position, giving the upper airway more space. Because the airway remains open, the pressure of the inhaled air will decrease, snoring will decrease or disappear completely. You determine the extent of the forward position yourself with the supplied spacers. You start with measure 1. If you still snore, go on to measure 2, etc. until you no longer snore.
