How does Capsinol nasal spray work
Capsinol nasal spray contains capsaicin. This is the substance that gives red pepper a hot effect. Medical research shows that this substance is effective in chronic nasal complaints, such as a chronic cold, stuffy or runny nose.

What does capsaicin do?

• It stimulates the nasal mucous membranes and ensures that they produce less mucus. This way you can breathe freely through the nose again.
• It builds up the resistance of the nasal mucosa; the nose becomes less sensitive to external substances.
• It works anti-inflammatory

The effect (be patient):
Many people experience immediate relief after taking Capsinol. They can quickly breathe freely through the nose. But it is also possible that the effect takes a little longer.
Therefore, keep it full for at least 2 weeks (about 1 bottle). If there is no improvement after that, then this nasal spray probably won't be the solution for you.

Capsinol is not a panacea that helps for all nasal complaints. Every nose is different and reacts differently (if at all) to the pepper. Sometimes the complaints can even increase slightly at first. Maybe not what you want, but it's a good sign that your nose is reacting to the pepper. Like I said, hang in there. Use (temporarily) another nasal spray to keep the nose clear, until the pepper starts to do its job.
