I want to receive an order quickly, what should I do?

Orders received and paid before 1pm on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or outside working days will be processed the next working day.

How do I checkout at

Choose the product you want to order and put it in the shopping cart. Once you have all your desired products in your cart, go to your shopping cart. From here you can place your order and pay. With us, you have the option of paying by iDEAL, PayPal, Giropay, SOFORT banking, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or Bancontact. Can I pay afterwards?

No, it is not possible to pay afterwards. The products are only dispatched after payment has been made.

I want to pay from abroad. What is your BIC and IBAN code?

The BIC code is RABO NL2U and IBAN is NL08 RABO 0135 1304 17. Please also clearly state the order number and your name/address details. As soon as we receive payment, your order will be dispatched.

Where can I find a possible discount code?

How do I get my money back if I return an item?

Upon receipt of your item, we will usually return the purchase price to the account you paid with within 14 working days, but in any case always within the statutory 30-day period.

How do I know if my order has been paid for?

When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from Dos Medical BV [[email protected]]. If you did not receive an error message during the ordering process, you may assume that the payment has gone through correctly.

If you did receive an error message, it is advisable to first check your own bank details to see whether the amount has been debited. Did you order the items at the same time, but did not receive all the products? If so, please contact us.

Was my order successful because I did not receive an e-mail?

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail almost immediately after ordering. Did you not receive it? Check your spam box first, maybe the e-mail ended up there?

If you ordered more than 1 hour ago and did not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

Can I track my order with a Track & Trace code?

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code when your order is shipped. This is automatically e-mailed by PostNL as soon as the parcel is scanned at one of their logistics centres. You can use the link in the e-mail to track the status of the delivery.
