When will I receive my order?
Orders received and paid on working days before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders outside working days will be processed the next working day. Orders are delivered by PostNL. They usually deliver the next day.

Netherlands: 1 working day (delivery also on Saturdays)
Belgium: 1 to 2 working days

In some cases it may take longer due to traffic. You can track your parcel via the track & trace code you receive by e-mail.

If you have to wait longer than 10 days for the ordered article, you have the option to cancel the contract free of charge. Any amount paid will then be refunded.

Are you open on public holidays?
Our premises are closed on public holidays. Orders are processed again on the first working day after the holiday. You can still place your order, of course.

Who delivers my order?
Our letterbox mail and postal packages are delivered by PostNL. They deliver the parcels from Monday to Saturday. For abroad, PostNL works with other partners unknown to us.

What are my delivery options?
You can have your order delivered to your home or another delivery address. You can also have your order delivered to a collection point.

Do I have to be at home to receive the parcel?
That depends on the products you order:
Some orders fit in a letterbox package. These are delivered in the letterbox, so you do not need to be at home.

Other orders come in a larger box, which does not fit through the letterbox. The postman delivers the parcel to you personally. You therefore need to be at home. You will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the delivery by the parcel delivery driver.

Can I return the products? is here to help you, not to sell you products that are no use to you. You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Provided the product is returned unopened/unused with all accessories, in its original condition and packaging, you will receive a refund of the purchase price + shipping costs.

How can I return the products?
In case of a return - also during the warranty period - you always have to pay the shipping costs for returning to yourself. These shipping costs will not be refunded. You can also return the product to our address in Apeldoorn.

If you return a product, you are responsible for the risk of the return - damage or loss. Therefore, always keep your proof of postage or, if it is a more expensive product, send it back by registered mail or insured.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, the cost of returns is for the customer.

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service on tel: 085 773 2080. We can give you the correct return address and also know that your return is on its way. This ensures faster processing and refunds.
After receipt, we will usually return the purchase amount within 14 working days, but in any case always within the statutory period of 30 days.
