Always use a saline solution when rinsing your nose. Such as the mild and safe NasoFree saline rinse, suitable for all ages. Dissolve the saline in a glass of 250ml water and draw it up with the syringe. It's not necessary to use the entire saline solution at once. For nasal congestion, a 10ml syringe is used once or twice a day.
