Easy to customize thanks to the 'boil and bite principle'
You can very easily customize the Oniris anti-snoring mouthpiece (MRA) yourself using the 'boil and bite' principle. You place spacers '0' and heat the Oniris in hot water to soften it, let the mouthpiece cool down for a moment, and bite into it. Your dental impression is taken, and the Oniris fits you perfectly! This is very easy to do and can be performed multiple times if necessary.

The Oniris anti-snoring mouthpiece positions the lower jaw slightly forward, giving the upper airway more space. Because the airway remains open, the pressure of the inhaled air will decrease, reducing snoring or making it disappear completely. You determine the degree of the forward position yourself using the included spacers. You start with size 1. If you still snore, move on to size 2, and so on, until you no longer snore. Then you have found the right size.
