You can easily customize the ONIRIS anti-snoring mouthpiece (MRA) yourself according to the 'boil and bite' principle. You place spacers '0' and heat the Oniris in hot water to soften it, let the bracket cool briefly and bite into the bracket. Your dental impression is made and the Oniris fits you perfectly! This is very easy to do and can be performed several times if necessary.

The Oniris anti-snoring mouthpiece brings the lower jaw into a slightly forward position, creating more space for the upper airway. Because the airway remains open, the pressure of the inhaled air will decrease, snoring will decrease or disappear completely.
